The main app interface has been modernized with updated sidebar, topbar, dropdown, modal, icon, date-field, and delete-confirmation styling.
Listing forms use updated add/remove behavior for parties, notes, payments, and documents, replacing legacy nested-form controls.
Acquisition down payments now support Date, First, and Closing events, with clearer amount/currency display and stronger payment-schedule validation.
Promise contracts now place first, dated, and closing payments more reliably when template documents are generated.
Purchase-price currency, down payment balances, and payment displays now handle the active currency more consistently.
